Snider Football Prepares for New Home Stadium

As the new school year approaches Snider High School’s football team is getting ready to use their new home stadium.  For decades, the team played its home games at Northrop High School, but the new and improved stadium for the Panthers will be ready in time for their home opener.  Fort Wayne Community Schools leaders approved the $30 million project more than two years ago and broke ground in May 2025. The stadium ‘s scoreboard and seating are already completed, along with concession stands and restrooms being complete. Construction crews are still working to lay out concrete and putting the finishing touches on landscaping before the new season begins.
