Smoke Causing Issues in the US

If the high temps aren’t uncomfortable enough, now we will see smoky air.  More than 100 wildfires are burning in Canada and winds are carrying the smoke southeast. Warnings about unhealthy air conditions extend from Minnesota through Toronto and into New York.  Michigan, Ohio and Indiana will also see the smoke.   The Indiana Department of Environmental Management has issued an Air Quality Action Day for today, covering northeast Indiana.  The agency said fine particulate matter from the wildfire smoke is expected to be in the unhealthy range and ozone levels are expected to be in the unhealthy for sensitive groups range. Children and adults who are active, and people with respiratory disease such as asthma, should limit prolonged outdoor exposure,
