Shift Lead

Hearten House is hiring for a part time, weekend shift lead. Position will be 8-16 hours a week, with the possibility of more or less hours depending on scheduling needs. The right candidate will have the heart to serve in ministry, have a valid driver's license, and be able to pass a drug screen. A human service degree would be helpful but is not necessary.

Brief job Description:

Display the love of Christ to our residents
Supervise day to day activities
Ensure safety of the residence
Administer random urine screens and breathalyzers
Transport residents as needed

Shift leads must be able to relate to all socio-economic levels of life with dignity and respect. Must be self-motivated and have initiative. Must possess strong problem-solving skills and tools. Must be highly dependable.

Must have a minimum of 1 year in recovery, if applicable.
