SDI LaFarga to Expand in New Haven

SDI LaFarga Copperworks is moving forward with a $32 million project to expand operations in New Haven. Plans include a new manufacturing building, an office building and new production equipment to enhance efficiency and output. About 12 new full-time, skilled manufacturing jobs are expected to be added with the expansion. The company currently employs about 150 people. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.
