Richard Craig Named Upland, Indiana Town Marshal

The Town of Upland has announced that Richard Craig is now serving as the community’s new Town Marshal. He will lead the Upland Police Department and work with town officials, residents, businesses, schools, and others to strengthen public safety and trust. Craig succeeds Andy Cassidy as Town Marshal, who will remain with the police department as a dayshift patrol officer. Craig will be formally sworn in on August 4th.
