Public Meeting on Wabash County's Population Decline08/22/2019 Since 1980, the population of Wabash County has been steadily declining and has decreased 5 percent since 2010. In the 11-county northeast Indiana region, Wabash County is the only county with declining population. Those results are documented in a recent study commissioned by the Community Foundation of Wabash County and Grow Wabash County. The public can hear and discuss the results first-hand in today’s meeting presented by the study’s authors. It’s the second of two meetings this week, and will be held at 5:30 at the Manchester Community Schools Administrative Building in North Manchester. We’ve posted contact numbers for more information on our News Page at WBCL dot Org.
