Perrysburg Hosts The Big Squish Trash07/14/2026City leaders of Perrysburg, Ohio are inviting residents to join The Big Squish tonight. This community outreach event will teach participants how to identify and remove spotted lanternflies while helping reduce the invasive insect’s population. The event is tonight at 6 pm at Orleans Park. Officials say the lanternflies feed on more than 70 species of trees and plants. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes and closed toe shoes. The city will provide any needed tools.
