NWS: EF-1 Tornado Confirmed in Defiance, Ohio

An EF-1 rated tornado that swept through the City of Defiance, Ohio on Saturday afternoon has been confirmed by the National Weather Service. The tornado was wrapped in rain and was on the ground for six minutes, beginning on the southwest side of Defiance and moving through the city to the northeast. The city will continue cleaning up storm debris after the tornado damaged trees, buildings, and powerlines.
