Noble Co. Flags Ordered Half-Staff to Honor SuzAnne Handshoe

Flags in Noble County, Indiana have been ordered by Governor Mike Braun to be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset Thursday, July 7th in honor of former Kendallville Mayor SuzAnne Handshoe. Today is also the day of Handshoe’s funeral, which will be at 11 a.m. at Hite Funeral Home, 403 South Main Street, Kendallville.
