NIPSCO, United Steelworkers Reach Tentative Agreement, Ratification Still Needed

A tentative agreement has been reached between NIPSCO and the United Steelworkers after ongoing contract negotiations and a lockout of 1,600 employees. The agreement still needs to be ratified by represented employees, and the lockout will end when ratification is finished.
