New Housing Development in Southeast Fort Wayne

For the first time in nearly 50 years, southeast Fort Wayne will receive a single-family housing development. Roosevelt Reserves will be a 131-lot subdivision located between Tillman and Hessen Cassel Roads. Roosevelt Reserves will feature single story and two-story homes with attached garages.
