New Allen County Magistrate04/14/2026After Allen Superior Court Magistrate Phillip Houk announced his retirement after 40 years, the court has appointed local attorney Timothy DeGroote to the position of Probate Magistrate. Attorney DeGroote is a long-time Fort Wayne resident who began his legal career in 1995. He will take the bench on August 3rd.
