Mississinewa Community Schools Board Approves Referendum for November Ballot

The Mississinewa Community Schools Board has approved a referendum for the November ballot in Grant County. If approved, the eight-year referendum would help fund student transportation, school safety and security, and competitive pay for teachers and staff as the district faces challenges from Senate Enrolled Act 1. The referendum would cost $24.50 per month for a home assessed at $150,000.
