Marion Celebrates National Night Out08/12/2026The City of Marion held its annual National Night Out in the Gardens of Matter Park Tuesday evening. Local families gathered to enjoy free food and activities, meet local law enforcement and get to know neighborhood association leaders. Mayor Ronald Morrell Jr. says the neighborhood associations are really the backbone of most of the stuff people get to see done on the frontlines and everything that happens in Marion. National Night Out was established in 1984.
