Lutheran Hospital Conducting Preparedness Training with Simulated Plane Crash06/09/2026You may notice emergency vehicles, increased activity, and an airplane fuselage near Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. Lutheran Health Network said emergency response personnel are participating in an immersive training exercise that simulates a small plane crash. The training sessions will be held every day this week from 6 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. until Friday, June 12 and are a planned emergency preparedness exercise.
