Lucas County Child Protection Task Force Unveils New Recommendations for Children's Services07/01/2026The Lucas County Child Protection Task Force has unveiled a list of new recommendations to Lucas County Children Services to strengthen its protection of children. The recommendations help support families in need while curbing abuse and neglect, and decreasing children’s services involvement. LCCS will report within 45 to 60 days to the county commissioners how the recommendations will be implemented.
