Local Leaders React to the Passing of Rev. Jesse Jackson

Reactions have poured in over the passing of civil rights leader and Rainbow/PUSH Coalition founder Reverend Jesse Jackson. Locally, multiple community leaders in Fort Wayne, Toledo, and Lima remembered Jackson for his advocacy for justice, equality, and freedom as well as his presidential runs in the 1980s. Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer and Lieutenant Governor Garlin Gilchrist II also offered tributes to Jackson.
