Lima, Allen County Officials Begin "Click It or Ticket"

Officials from the Lima-Allen County Safe Community Coalition, Shawnee Township first responders, and local school leaders started the annual “Click It or Ticket” campaign yesterday. The initiative emphasizes the importance of wearing seatbelts to be safer while driving and to avoid fines and penalties.
