ISP Trooper, Off-Duty EMS Chief Save Driver's Life in Fort Wayne

An Indiana State Police trooper and an off-duty EMS chief are being recognized after saving a person’s life in Fort Wayne on Saturday. A trooper responded to a call where the person was having a medical emergency on Union Chapel Road near Coldwater Road, and the person’s vehicle left the road. The trooper and the EMS chief both began performing CPR and used an AED. The driver is recovering at a local hospital.
