Infant Formula Sold at Target Recalled Over Botulism Contamination

There’s a recall of all lots of Nara Organics Whole Milk Powered Infant Formula due to the risk of botulism contamination. The affected products were sold nationwide at Target and include the following:

• Nara Organics Whole Milk Infant Formula, 700g, with UPC 860013251901

Nara Organics Whole Milk Infant Formula, 400g, with UPC: 860013251918

All lots currently on the market are included in this voluntary recall, and the specific codes are as follows. The lot code can be found on the bottom of each can.

Three infants have been hospitalized. If you have the Nara Organics formula, the FDA says to stop using it, contact Nara for a refund, and contact a doctor if there are symptoms.
