Indiana to Receive $6.25 Million in EpiPen Settlement02/10/2026The state of Indiana will receive $6.25 million as part of a settlement with pharmaceutical companies. Attorney General Todd Rokita said it settles allegations that Pfizer, Viatris, and other companies conspired to increase the price of EpiPens by more than 600%. The lawsuit also claimed the companies paid doctors to say that a 2-pack of the EpiPen is medically necessary so the companies could stop selling individual EpiPens. The companies deny any wrongdoing.
