Indiana State Parks to Expand With Two State Forests in Northern Indiana

More than 1,400 acres of forestland in northern Indiana will soon be part of Indiana State Parks. Governor Mike Braun and the Indiana DNR announced that Salamonie River State Forest and Frances Slocum State Forest both near Wabash will become part of the state park system on July 1st.
