Indiana State Fair Announces Wacky Food Creations for 2026 Taste of the Fair

The Indiana State Fair’s highly anticipated Taste of the Fair has been announced. This year, there are almost 50 new and unique food creations, over-the-top desserts, and savory comfort foods. That includes Buffalo chicken dip pizza, butter dipped ice cream, deep fried chocolate truffles, and more. The Indiana State Fair will be August 7-23 in Indianapolis.
