Indiana State Budget Committee Approves $200M for Childcare Expansion

The Indiana State Budget Committee approved Governor Mike Braun’s request for an additional $200 million to expand access to childcare for low-income families. The funding could help the state resume enrollment for the Child Care and Development Fund voucher program by an estimated 14,000 children.
