Indiana Senate Passes Bill to Establish Northwest Indiana Stadium Authority

Indiana’s interest in the Chicago Bears’ possible move made progress after the state Senate passed Senate Bill 27. The legislation establishes the Northwest Indiana Stadium Authority to oversee the potential project. The bill now heads to the House.
