Indiana Records Highest Graduation Rate in 202501/06/2026The graduation rate in Indiana in 2025 was the highest on record, according to new data from the Indiana Department of Education. Indiana’s graduation rate among high school seniors was nearly 92%, which is up 1.6 percentage points from 2024 and is an increase for every student population. State officials credited the graduation rate to the hard work of students, teachers, and families, unprecedented growth in third grade literacy, and improved chronic absenteeism.
