Indiana General Assembly Bills to Watch for the 2025 Session

There are some key bills to watch as the Indiana General Assembly’s current session begins. Senate Bill 11 seeks to prevent Indiana children under the age of 16 from using social media unless the social media site receives verified permission from parents. House Bill 1026 and Senate Bill 166 would seek to regulate marijuana advertising within the state or even ban it altogether. And, Senate Bill 19 would require adding topics to driver education about how to handle traffic stops and what a police officer’s procedures are during one.
