Indiana AG Files Lawsuit Against Eli Lilly Over High Insulin Prices01/06/2026A lawsuit over insulin prices has been filed against Indianapolis-based drugmaker Eli Lilly by Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita. The lawsuit alleges that Eli Lilly has engaged in deceptive market practices. That includes an alleged scheme with other insulin manufacturers that inflated insulin prices over the past decade by more than 1000% despite manufacturing costs estimated at just a few dollars per vial.
