Holiday Nature Crafts Return to Bowling Green Parks and Recreation

BOWLING GREEN--- The Bowling Green Parks and Recreation Department cordially invites the community to participate in the much-anticipated "Holiday Nature Crafts" program. Celebrate the joy of the holiday season by joining us at the Wintergarden/St. John's Nature Preserve on Saturday, December 13, for a day of creative, nature-inspired crafting.

Event Details:

Date: Saturday, December 13

Time: Choose from two sessions: Session 1 (9:00 AM - 10:30 AM) or Session 2 (10:30 AM - 12:00 PM)

Location: Wintergarden/St. John's Nature Preserve

This festive event offers an array of exciting activities that cater to both preschool and elementary-age children ranging from 3 to 11 years old. Participants will be able to craft five unique projects that can be used to adorn their homes for the holiday season or given as heartfelt gifts to loved ones.

For those interested in attending, please note that the program is free, but registration is required. Bowling Green residents may register starting Friday, November 14, while non-residents can begin their registration on Friday, November 21.

In addition to the creative crafting stations, this program will provide an extra touch of warmth and delight with treats that can be toasted over an open fire.
