Ground Breaking Today for New Haven Park

New Haven officials are breaking ground on a new park this morning.  Mayor Steve McMichael and the city’s Youth Advisory Council President will speak at the ceremony this morning at 11.  Guardian Park is on the east side of New Haven City Hall at 815 Lincoln Highway East.
