GasBuddy: "Mixed Bag" for Gas Prices

You could say it’s been a mixed bag for prices at the gas pump. GasBuddy says prices have dropped in about half of U.S. states but declines have been delayed in other states because of refinery snags and maintenance that have emerged. For now, the national average may be a bit stuck in the low $3 per gallon range. GasBuddy also says that Hurricane Helene impacted fuel delivery to some states, but it did not broadly impact production.
