She was last seen in Fort Wayne on February 22nd wearing a gray hoodie, white and pink pants, and pink Crocs. Adriana is described as biracial, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 150 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. It’s believed she left her home voluntarily.
