FW City Councilman Scott Myers Charged with OWI; Receiving Treatment

Fort Wayne 4th District City Councilman Scott Myers was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated earlier this month in Jasper County, Indiana. He said in a statement that he refused an alcohol test because he believed he was not intoxicated. Myers apologized, adding that he has enrolled in a physician monitoring program through the state medical board system and is receiving treatment.
