Fort Wayne Infrastructure Projects12/12/2025You may have noticed there was a lot of construction across Fort Wayne this season. The city announced that over $41 million in neighborhood infrastructure improvements happened throughout the community this construction season. Some of this year’s investments included sidewalks, street lighting, concrete street reconstruction, repaving, and more. The city says it has $37 million planned for infrastructure projects in 2026.
