Flock Cameras to be Discussed at Tonight's City Council07/14/2026The topic of Flock cameras will be back on the table at tonight’s Fort Wayne City Council meeting. The council is expected to decide tonight whether the city will continue using Flock cameras after council members delayed the final vote to allow more time for discussion. The proposed $120,000 contract with Flock Group Inc. would provide another year of maintenance and service for Fort Wayne's network of 36 license plate reader cameras. The police department began using the technology in 2024.
