Findlay, Ohio Starts Bagged Leaf Collection

The time of year has come when cleaning up leaves that have fallen is a must, and the City of Findlay is starting its bagged leaf collection today. City employees will collect leaves that have been placed in biodegradable paper bags at the curb through December 1^st. They will not pick up loose leaves or leaves in plastic bags.
