DOJ Files Lawsuit Against OhioHealth Alleging Anticompetitive Practices

A lawsuit has been filed by the Department of Justice against OhioHealth. The lawsuit alleges that OhioHealth limits competition and drives up healthcare costs by forcing insurers to include them in their commercial insurance networks. OhioHealth said in a statement that it’s cooperating with the DOJ and would not comment further on pending litigation.
