Court Documents: IN Gov. Braun Had Cause to Remove Andy Zay From IURC

New court filings in a lawsuit originally filed by former Indiana Utility Regulatory Commissioner Andy Zay claim that Governor Mike Braun had cause for Zay’s removal from the IURC. The defendants for Braun allege that Zay used campaign funds to purchase ties and scarves for workers with Zay’s initials on them. Zay has claimed that Braun did not give him a reason for his removal or a chance to respond to the allegations. Zay is seeking to be reinstated to the IURC.
