City of Fort Wayne Begins Construction on the Mixed-Use Development "The Eddy"

Construction has begun on a $45 million mixed-use development in Fort Wayne called The Eddy, which is the first major new residential development on the north side of the St. Marys River. The development sits on a site called the Wells Street Wedge that connects to Promenade Park by the Wells Street Bridge. The Eddy will include 111 market-rate apartments, a 236-space parking garage, and retail space. It’s expected to be completed by 2028. Click here to learn more about The Eddy.
