Canterbury Green Sold for Record-Setting Amount in Indiana

The Canterbury Green apartment complex in northeast Fort Wayne has been sold, marking the largest sale of its kind ever completed in the state of Indiana. Commercial real estate firm CBRE said the 2,000-unit complex was purchased by Morgan Properties. Any plans for Canterbury Green from the new owners have yet to be announced.
