AUDIO: Remember Loved Ones During Erin's House for Grieving Children's "Healing Heart Hustle 5K"08/24/2026Erin’s House for Grieving Children in Fort Wayne will hold its 2nd annual Healing Heart Hustle 5K this weekend. It’s a heartfelt, family-friendly community event that allows participants to remember a loved one. Anna Freels from Erin’s House explains… The Healing Heart Hustle 5K will be on Sunday from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Purdue University Fort Wayne. Registration cost is required. It's $40 for adults 19 and up, $25 for kids ages 3-18, and $25 for a virtual 5K. Cost also depends on age and whether or not a memorial sign is added. Click here to register. Registration closes Thursday, August 27th. All proceeds benefit Erin’s House’s mission of supporting children, teens, and families who’ve lost a loved one.
