AUDIO: Four:10 Ministries, Redemption House Collaborate on Program to Help Exploited, Trafficked Women11/03/2025A new two-year residency program to help women recover who’ve been exploited and trafficked is being created in Fort Wayne in a collaboration with Redemption House and Four:10 Ministries. It’s called the Four:10 Living Water residence and will be a three-phase program that focuses on healing, recovery, and therapy. Four:10 Ministries Executive Director Tammy Crane and Redemption House CEO Tomi Cardin speak with WBCL... The residency program will include these phases: Phase 1 – The first three to four months of the program focuses on recovery, with intensive outpatient substance use treatment, mandatory meetings six days a week, and psychoeducational classes and life skills training. Phase 2 – In the next five to 12 months, residents will undergo trauma therapy and continue the psychoeducational classes and life skills training, while also adding part-time work to their days. In this phase, residents start a graduate savings program as well. Phase 3 – During the second year of the program, residents continue with intensive trauma therapy while also working full time. During this year, the residents plan for graduation and save for their life beyond the Four:10 Living Water residency. The program will be referral-based and take in up to eight women during its first year. It will not be a crisis shelter. The program will be offered for free to women who qualify beginning in January 2026. Click here to visit Four:10 Ministries website. Click here to visit Redemption House's website.
