During Mayor Sharon Tucker’s year-in-review, she said 2025 was filled with numerous accomplishments and projects. That includes the North River project, $41 million in neighborhood infrastructure improvements, the Youth Violence Prevention Program, ribbon-cuttings, and several others. Mayor Tucker explains how 2025 was different than her first year in office… Looking ahead, Mayor Tucker said a few issues to address are continuing to navigate revenue cuts under Indiana Senate Bill 1 and solving the city’s homelessness challenge. She emphasized continued investment in bringing more residences into Fort Wayne and implementing visions from this year in 2026.
