The City of Angola has earned noteworthy recognition as the “Most Charming Small Town in Indiana”, according to the travel publication AFAR. Angola was highlighted for being laidback and having easy access to numerous lakes and Pokagon State Park. AFAR also mentioned Angola’s historic antique shops, selection of food and restaurants, numerous hotels, and variety of upcoming community events.
