Allen County Plan Commission to Hold Solar Amendment Hearing June 12

A public hearing about Allen County, Indiana’s proposed solar amendments is expected to draw a higher volume of attendees compared to other Plan Commission hearings. Because of that, the county says special rules and procedures have been drawn up for pro-solar and anti-solar presenters. The proposed amendments address zoning for commercial solar energy systems. The Allen County Plan Commission’s public hearing will be at the Memorial Coliseum on June 12th at 5:30 p.m.
