Allen County, Ohio Implements Next Generation 911

Significant improvements to Allen County, Ohio’s 911 system were completed on January 29th. The county implemented Next Generation 911 as part of an effort from the state of Ohio. NG911 has improved technology that uses GPS data to pinpoint locations more precisely and allow for faster response times.
