ACPL Introduces "Children's First Library Card" for Kids

There’s a new way at the Allen County, Indiana Public Library to celebrate one of the earliest milestones in childhood – a very first library card. The new Child’s First Library Card has a kid-friendly design made especially for kids receiving their first library card.
