AAA Projecting Record Crowd for Thanksgiving with 81.8 Million Travelers

If you plan on traveling for Thanksgiving this year, you’ll be part of a record-breaking crowd. AAA projects that nearly 82 million people will travel over the Thanksgiving holiday period from next Tuesday to Monday, December 1st. Nearly 90% of those people are expected to travel by car. AAA says the worst time to travel each day during that time will be in the afternoon and evening while the best time to travel will be before noon.
