28 Fort Wayne Neighborhoods Get Grants04/14/2026The City of Fort Wayne has announced that 28 neighborhoods are receiving Neighborhood Improvement Grants that total more than $119,000 combined. The grants will be used to fund projects that include new playground equipment, benches, historic markers, water fountains, landscaping, and several more.
