Comprised of Eric Phillips as tenor, Josh Feemster singing lead, Tim Feemster filling the baritone part, and Christian Davis anchoring the group on bass, the guys are singing songs they all grew up loving. The group travels with a live band and performs southern gospel quartet hits from the 1980s and 1990s.Eric Phillips is the son of legendary SGMA Hall of Fame member Ernie Philips. Like his dad, Eric's distinct, crystal clear, high tenor voice is truly exceptional. Eric was the original tenor for the Mark Trammell Trio/Quartet. He spent many years in full-time Gospel Music ministry and now resides in Gadsden, AL with his wife Lauren.Josh Feemster was the original lead vocalist for Mercy’s Mark Quartet and later filled the tenor position for Legacy Five. He is known for a full and rich high lead vocal. He also teaches voice and is the music director at his home church. Josh and his wife Brandy live in Boaz, AL.Tim Feemster, who is singing baritone, is new to the gospel music audience but no stranger to the great quartets of the past. Tim is Josh’s brother and the idea of Quartet Classic was formed within the minds of the two brothers. They grew up listening and learning from their parents who sang gospel music regionally in the southeast. Tim and his wife Shannon live in Crossville, AL.Christian Davis has been thrilling folks with his incredible bass voice since his very early years of singing for Dr. Jerry Falwell’s Old Time Gospel Hour Quartet. He then formed Christian Brothers and later went on to join Josh as a part of Mercy’s Mark. A different element of singing was thrown his way when he received a call from Bluegrass legends Dailey and Vincent. Christian shined as their first bass vocalist and also played guitar with the band. He’s enjoyed a solo career the last few years and will continue to do so when not singing with Quartet Classic. He and wife Sophia live in Mt. Juliet, TN. Visit matthewseumc.org for more information Contact Damon with any questions or concerns at 765-667-0842 Epworth UMC105 W 8th StMatthews, IN 46957
